Welcome to the Shoal Lake Flying Club website! We welcome new pilots, veteran pilots, and those who are interested in supporting aviation in the area. Our aims as stated in our constitution are:
a) to promote aviation and flying in the region served by the Shoal Lake Airport
b) to promote the Shoal Lake Regional Airport and the communities it serves
c) to assist in the operation of the Shoal Lake Regional Airport.
Shoal Lake Flying Club was formed in 1991 as the Shoal Lake Airport was being developed and has been active ever since. We have put on three Airshows with both the Snowbirds and the Skyhawks, many FlyIn breakfasts, we host an annual Supper, Awards Night, and Social, and our members have given almost 500 EAA Young Eagle Flights (check the Links page for more information). We are an active Club; we welcome new members and visitors.
Check our News & Events page for details of Fly-In Breakfasts, Socials, FlyOuts, and other events.
